The accommodation offers fantastic views of the area, the acres of land surrounding the cottage itself heading towards Bude are breathtaking

The property sleeps upto 6 people, the apartment had 3 bedrooms and extra space for a small child or baby with a cot.

Rental prices are subject to change without warning and space is on a first come first serve basis, booking in advance will ensure your dates are kept and are held. The local currency is British Pound Sterling, other currencies are accepted, please tell us in advance which currency is to be exchanged as the rate at the time of exchange and booking is the accepted rate.

All bookings are confirmed through email only, a £200 is needed to ensure that the booking is confirmed your reservation is provisionally held with final payments on the outstanding balance is 3 weeks in advance.

Cancellations less than 1 week before arrival will result in loss of the deposit and an additional 5% charge, otherwise only if the cancellation of dates is more than 3 weeks in advance, if required alternative dates will be found or the deposit if paid will be refunded.

Additional Information

We are not responsible for lose of possessions during your stay at the apartment, we can help you get around by providing information about local attractions and things to do in Pembrokeshire. We do have contacts that have guided tours throughout Pembrokeshire, the National Park, and other areas near to the apartment, so tell us in advance and we can arrange it.
