Implementation of existing policies

LTCA is currently working to assist with the development and implementation of the following policies:

• the creation of information prescriptions
• the introduction of care plans for people with long-term conditions
• mechanisms for public and patient involvement in health

LTCA is leading work in the following areas:

• Co-chair of the Choice Reference Group
